Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, when you signed in, and the IP and device you signed in from (that last part is how account theft gets noticed). Signing in with GitHub also gives us your GitHub username.

Usage metadata: how many workspaces you have, which machines are connected, when you were last active, which tier you are on. Billing and quota decisions need these.

Workspace content: your code and files stay on your own machine and we keep no copy. But the conversation during a session, and the fragments it read along the way, pass through our servers and are stored in your workspace so you can look back at them.

We do not train any model on your code or your conversations, and we do not give them to anyone else to do it.

We do not read what is in your workspace as part of running the service. Only when you report a problem and explicitly agree do we look at the relevant part.

We do not store your card number — payment is handled end to end by Stripe, and all we get back is whether it went through and the last four digits.

Running the service takes these, and each has its own privacy policy:

Supabase: accounts and database.
Stripe: subscriptions and payment.
Resend: sending sign-in codes.
Vercel: website hosting.
Cloudflare: DNS and email forwarding.

Cloud workspaces run on our servers in Singapore. Beyond the list above, we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Only the ones sign-in needs (remembering who you are, keeping you signed in). No ad tracking, no third-party analytics scripts.

As long as the account exists, so does the data. Workspace content is cleared within 30 days of an account being deleted; billing records are kept longer for tax purposes, and that part holds only amounts and dates, never your code.

Write to support@roamai.cloud and you can: get a copy of your data, correct something wrong, or delete the account and everything in it. We handle it within 30 days.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want a copy first, export before you delete — see "Your data" in the Terms of Service.
