Terms of Service

RoamAI is operated by ENCODERIO LLC. Below, "we" means that company and "you" means the individual or organization using the service.

An always-on cloud workspace, and the channel that connects your devices to it. You can also bring your own server in and have the work run on your own machine; enterprises can deploy the whole thing inside their own network.

We do not provide the model itself. Sessions run on your own Claude subscription, and that usage and its bill live with Anthropic. Complying with Anthropic's terms is on you — we have neither the standing nor the ability to carry that part for you.

The account and its credentials are yours to keep safe. Anything done with your account counts as done by you. If something looks wrong, write to us immediately.

One account maps to one workspace. Handing the credentials to someone else makes it impossible for us to tell who did what, and that risk is yours.

No unlawful use. No attacking, scanning or spamming, and no bypassing anyone else's access controls. No reselling our service.

Breaking any of that suspends or ends the account, with no refund. We will try to reach you first, but when it is urgent — an attack going out right now, say — we stop it first and explain afterwards.

Monthly, auto-renewing, cancel whenever you like — after cancelling you keep the current period to its end. Prices and tiers are on the pricing page.

Refund rules are in the refund policy: no free trial, subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancelling still leaves you the current period. If we are the ones stopping the service, we refund the remaining days.

Price changes are emailed to you at least 30 days ahead and do not touch what you have already paid for the current period.

What is in your workspace is yours. We do not train models on it and do not hand it to anyone else, unless the law compels us. How it is handled in detail is in the privacy policy.

After an account ends we delete the workspace data within 30 days. You can ask for an export during that window; after it, nothing can be recovered.

We work to keep the service up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss or lost profit; in any case our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

This part has to be said plainly: AI writes wrong code, deletes the wrong file, and does things you did not see coming. We ask before dangerous moves, and one switch cuts every automatic reply — but the person who pressed confirm is the one answerable for the result. Keep your own backups of anything that matters.

You can cancel the subscription or delete the account at any time. We can end the service if you break these terms, or stop providing it after 30 days' notice.

Material changes to these terms are emailed to you ahead of time. Continuing to use the service counts as accepting the new ones.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the U.S. state in which ENCODERIO LLC is registered.
