This price does not include model usage
The subscription pays for the hosted machine and the connection to it. Model usage runs on your own Claude subscription: Anthropic's Pro or Max plan, on your own account, billed by Anthropic. A session cannot run without one, so set that up before subscribing here.

Self-hosted: runs inside your own network
The relay and the console deploy into your own data center or VPC, and no traffic passes through us. RoamAI is not open source. Self-hosting ships as binaries plus deployment docs.

The default is a hosted workspace: one click, no instance to size, nothing to maintain. If you already have a server, or the work has to run inside your company network, you can connect your own machine with one command. It needs no public port. Both kinds appear side by side in the same list, and the client treats them the same way.

Do I have to buy Claude separately?
Yes. You authorize your own Claude subscription once, and everything after that runs on your account and your usage. If you do not have an account or subscription yet, write to support@roamai.cloud or add us on WeCom.
Do my own machines count against the concurrency limit?
No. The limit exists because our machines carry the hosted workspaces. When sessions run on your own machine, how many you can open depends on that machine's hardware, and we do not cap it.
What counts as one concurrent session?
A session that is actually running at that moment. Idle sessions are put away automatically; everything in them is kept, you can pick any of them back up, and a put-away session does not take a slot. Devices connected to watch, such as phones or laptops, do not count no matter how many there are.
Can I pay with WeChat Pay?
Yes. WeChat Pay buys one month at a time for $9, paid in advance, with no automatic renewal. Buy the next month in the console before the current one ends and it continues from the end date. Prepaid months are non-refundable, the same as the subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, effective at the end of the period. You keep the current period in full; nothing is cut off early and nothing is charged again. The subscription fee is billed monthly in advance and is non-refundable. After the subscription ends you cannot open new sessions, but nothing in your workspace is touched. Subscribe again and continue where you left off.
